The process comprises the following production flows: (1) charging; (2) cleaning the inner wall of the tyre; (3) conveying the cleaned tyre; (4) carrying out dynamic balance adjustment on equipment; (5) clamping the tyre on a chuck of a dynamic balance detection device; (6) carrying out dynamic balance adjustment on the tyre; (7) if the balance adjustment is finished, spraying glue on the surface of the tyre; (8) cooling with nitrogen gas; (9) spraying glue on the left side surface of the tyre; (10) spraying glue on the right side surface of the tyre; (11) cooling with nitrogen gas; (12) carrying out dynamic balance adjustment again; (13) if the balance adjustment is finished, discharging; (14) inspecting the formed tyre; and (15) warehousing a finished product. The production flow is mechanized and high in efficiency; the dynamic balance performance of the produced puncture-resistant and leak-proof tyre is complete. The invention also comprises a production process of the novel tyre. According to the production process, the specific glue spraying process is adopted, and the characteristics of puncture resistance and leakage prevention of the tyre can be effectively improved.
