The invention discloses a test device for simulating the movement of a spray lance. The test device includes a spray lance, a support, a turntable, a vertical actuator, a slide stage, guide rails, a base corner bracket, a lug ring a base and a horizontal actuator; the spray lance is arranged on the support through a hinge; the center of the gravity of the spray lance is on the axis of a slide stage fixing shaft; the support is fixed on the turntable; the vertical actuator is arranged in a manner that the vertical actuator is parallel to the support; the upper end of the vertical actuator is hinged on the spray lance, and the lower end of the vertical actuator is hinged on the turntable; a side surface of the turntable is provided with a semi-hollow connecting rod; a solid connecting rod is sheathed in the semi-hollow connecting rod; the turntable is connected with the slide stage fixing shaft; the bottom surface of the slide stage is connected with the guide rails; the guide rails are fixed on the base; the front end of the horizontal actuator is connected with the slide stage; the back end of the horizontal actuator is connected with the base corner bracket; and the axis of the horizontal actuator is parallel to and equidistant to the two guide rails. With the test device of the invention adopted, expected movement of the spray lance can be simulated; and a platform can be provided for the research and development of motion-featured, balance-control, high-precision and high-stability spray lance-type sprayer. The test device has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
