A method for preparing fluoroelastomer is a method of adding an added monomer mixture having TFE, VdF and HFP equivalent to 10-40 weight percent of a total monomer mixture into a reaction system with the presence of CF3CF2CF2OCF(CF3)CF2OCF(CF3)COONH4, and replenishing residuals of the total monomer mixture after copolymerization is triggered. In the first stage of batch addition, with the presence of a 0.0001-0.1 weight percent chain transfer agent used in proportional to the total quantity of reaction raw materials in an adding stage, a 30-70 weight percent monomer mixture of the total quantity of a monomer mixture in batch addition is added in batch; and in the second stage of batch addition, with the presence of the 0.3-1.5 weight percent chain transfer agent in proportional to the total quantity of reaction raw materials in this stage, the 70-30 weight percent monomer mixture of the total quantity of the monomer mixture in batch addition is added in the same reaction system for copolymerization. The obtained fluoroelastomer is suitable for being used as fuel system components such as shaping materials of fuel flexible pipes.
