A microwave water dispenser with a sealed water diversion disc is mainly composed of a main unit and a water bucket. Water can be heated by utilizing microwaves and air entering the water dispenser can be sterilized and disinfected. A sealing pad is arranged on a face where the water diversion disc contacts with the water bucket, and after the water bucket is arranged on the water diversion disc, outside air cannot enter the water diversion disc, so that the outside air can be avoided from polluting water in a water cavity, and safety of drinking water is guaranteed.
