The invention provides a hydraulic type aircraft jacking rescue vehicle which comprises a jacking airbag system and a hydraulic horizontal moving platform. The jacking airbag system is used for directly making contact with an aircraft body and adaptive to the aircraft body and curved surfaces of wings. The hydraulic horizontal moving platform is located below the jacking airbag system and capable of moving along the horizontal plane in the axial and lateral directions. The hydraulic horizontal moving platform is arranged on a lifting car frame provided with tires through a platform lifting device to achieve the purpose that the aircraft walks or works at different heights. The hydraulic type aircraft jacking rescue vehicle has the advantages of being low in initial height, capable of offsetting transverse displacement caused by posture change of a jacking point of the aircraft in the jacking process, capable of jacking any portion of the aircraft and low in cost.
