The transformer vibration performance on-line monitoring system based on the DSP, provided by the invention, includes m acceleration sensors, a signal conditioning circuit, a DSP based signal processing unit and a computer, wherein the DSP based signal processing unit includes a DSP and a serial port circuit; the m acceleration sensors are arranged at m monitoring positions on the outer surface of the transformer; a transformer vibration signal output end of each acceleration sensor is connected with a transformer vibration signal input end of the DSP; a transformer vibration signal output end of the DSP is connected with the serial port of the computer through the serial port circuit.
