The invention relates to a probing pipe capable of measuring while drilling. The probing pipe capable of measuring while drilling comprises a probing pipe joint, a probing pipe protecting cylinder, a power supply module, a control module and a measuring short joint. The probing pipe joint is arranged at one end of the probing pipe protecting cylinder. The probing pipe joint is supplied by an outer power supply. The power supply module, the control module and the measuring short joint are fixed in the probing pipe protecting cylinder. The power supply module is used for performing level switch on the outer power supply and energizing the control module and the measuring short joint. A three-shaft fluxgate used for measuring a magnetic field and a three-shaft plus table for measuring an earth gravity field and are arranged in the measuring short joint. The control module is connected with the measuring short joint and used for collecting data which are obtained through measuring of the measuring short joint and calculating out data of a tool face of the measuring short joint. The data of the tool face are coded and a control level signal with the coded data is sent to the outside through the probing pipe joint. The probing pipe capable of measuring while drilling can measure the tool face with high precision and achieve high-rate transmission and meet the measuring requirements of a system for dynamically controlling a tool face of an orientation power drill under a shaft and other similar systems.
