The invention discloses a cigarette packing device. According to the cigarette packing device, scattered cigarettes can be put into a cigarette case conveniently, wrinkles, breaking and other damage caused on the cigarettes by manual packing the cigarettes can be avoided, and therefore the cigarettes can be effectively stored. The cigarette packing device comprises a containing box and a thruster. The containing box comprises a box body, protruding strips and a box cover. The box body is a U-shaped box body which comprises a bottom face and two side faces, and the side faces are perpendicular to the bottom face. The box cover is arranged above the bottom face, and is movably connected with one of the side faces of the box body. The protruding strips are symmetrically arranged on the two side faces of the box body to enable the arrangement of the cigarettes in the containing box to be identical with the arrangement of the cigarettes in a cigarette case when the box cover closes the box body. The thruster and the containing box are used for pushing the cigarettes in the containing box into the cigarette case in a matched mode, and the thruster comprises a pushing plate and a handle. The pushing plate is connected with the handle.
