The invention discloses a fixing method, a fixing structure and fixing supports of leading-out pipelines of a transformer bushing end screen. The fixing method includes the following steps: a), leading six high-voltage and medium-voltage three-phase leading-out pipelines of the transformer bushing end screen out of end screen leading-out joints and down to gaps between a transformer body and radiators; at ascending base flanges, fixing the leading-out pipelines on the ascending base flanges through first pipeline fixing supports; below ascending bases, fixing the leading-out pipelines on oil pipe flanges of the radiators through second pipeline fixing supports; b), horizontally leading the leading-out pipelines to a transformer crawling ladder after leading the leading-out pipelines to the gaps between the transformer body and the radiators, using third pipeline fixing supports to realize quarter turn to make the direction straight down, and finally connecting the leading-out pipelines to an end screen earth plate on the rear side of the crawling ladder. By the method and the supports, the leading-out pipelines are firm, reliable, reasonable and orderly in fixation, and do not pose any threat to operation of other auxiliary equipment.
