The invention relates to a construction method for directional expansion-rise deviation rectification in the field of deviation rectification of civil engineering buildings (structures), which comprises the following steps: a) determining the inclined direction of a building (structure) (2); b) according to the inclined situation of the building (structure) (2), determining the position of a deviation rectification construction required rise-promoting part (3); c) determining a rise-promoting height required by the deviation rectification construction required rise-promoting part (3); d) constructing an expansion-rise counter-force foundation at the required rise-promoting part (3), and arranging an expansion-rise construction space between the expansion-rise counter-force foundation and an original building (structure) foundation; e) arranging an expanding agent (7) in the expansion-rise construction space; f) lifting an original building (structure) at the rise-promoting part (3) through the expanding agent (7); and g) according to the needs of the rise-promoting height, determining whether to repeat the step e) and the step f) until deviation rectification requirements are satisfied. The construction method solves the problems that a rise-promoting method for the inclined building (structure) (2) is concentrated in deviation rectification stress, difficult in construction control and large in construction risk; and the construction method is rapid in deviation rectification construction speed, safe, reliable, and low cost, and has small influences on the surrounding environment.
