The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile terminal device, a wireless base station device, and a wireless communication method capable of taking full advantage of the effects of MIMO technology and CoMP technology when applying both technologies. With regard to a mobile terminal device, this wireless communication method involves estimating the channel state of individual downlinks using individual reference signals included in downlink signals from a plurality of cells, selecting a PMI using a codebook from the channel states, estimating inter-cell phases difference from the selected PMI or channel states, and transmitting the phase difference information and selected PMI to the wireless base station devices of the plurality of cells. With regard to a wireless base station device, this wireless communication method involves receiving uplink signals, which include the phase difference information between the plurality of cells and the PMI, multiplying transmission signals by precoding weights corresponding to the PMI, adjusting the inter-cell phase difference using the inter-cell phase difference information, and performing coordinated multi-point transmission of transmission signals between said wireless base station device and the wireless base station devices of other cells.
