The invention provides a method used for improving wireless sensor network channel efficiency. The method used for improving the wireless sensor network channel efficiency includes the following steps of receiving first data through a wireless sensor node, calculating time required when the first data are sent by the wireless sensor node, taking the receiving time of the first data as a stating point and starting timekeeping, calculating waiting time required when the wireless sensor node sends the first data according to the time, starting timekeeping from the receiving time of the first data, conducting accumulating on a received data package and the first data through the wireless sensor node in the waiting time to generate cumulative data, judging whether the waiting time is over or not, and if the waiting time is over, sending the cumulative data through the wireless sensor node. According to the method used for improving the wireless sensor network channel efficiency, due to the fact that the waiting time is calculated and the data package is accumulated in the waiting time, the sending time of the data package is reduced, meanwhile, the waiting time is shortened, and the channel use ratio and the data transmission efficiency are improved.
