The invention discloses a load unbalance compensation system comprising a current sensor, a voltage sensor, a low-pass filter, a first DSP (digital signal processor) chip, a touch screen, a second DSP chip, an FPGA (field programmable gate array) chip, a communication interface and an inverter, wherein the current sensor and the voltage sensor are connected with the input end of the low-pass filter; the output end of the low-pass filter, the first DSP chip, the FPGA chip and the inverter are sequentially connected; the touch screen and the second DSP chip are connected with the first DSP chip; and the communication interface is connected with the second DSP chip. The load unbalance compensation system disclosed by the invention is suitable for a three-phase four-wire system supply network which utilizes a single-phase load as a main load, fast in reaction speed, and high in accuracy; a stable and fast three-phase balance control effect can be obtained; neutral wire electricity of a low-voltage power distribution system is removed; and comprehensive compensation of reactive power and negative sequence components of the system is achieved.
