The invention discloses an indoor leaky cable antenna which comprises a 1/2' leaky cable, wherein a load is connected to one end of the 1/2' leaky cable; and a connector is connected to the other end of the 1/2' leaky cable. The coverage system for the indoor leaky cable antenna comprises a signal source, a combiner/shunt, a coupler, a power divider and an indoor leaky cable, wherein the signal source is in a BBU (building base band unit) +RRU (remote radio unit) optical fiber remote mode and is directly connected to a RRU from a BBU; the BBU and RRU are in optical fiber transmission; the RRU is connected with the combiner/shunt through a wire jumper; the output signal is connected to the indoor leaky cable antenna through the coupler and the power divider; and the indoor leaky cable antenna is laid along the wire according to the indoor environment, and indoor signal coverage is performed. The indoor leaky cable antenna has the advantages of simple structure and high compatibility, and structural miniaturization can be realized.
