The invention relates to a disc code padlock. The disc code padlock includes a housing, a shackle positioned within a portion of the housing, the shackle having a curved shape with a first end that is never released from the housing and a second end that may be exposed from the housing when the padlock is in an unlocked configuration. The shackle facilitates movement of between a closed position and an open position. The padlock further comprises a combination code core comprising a lock body, a spindle arranged in the lock body, at least one clutch coaxially arranged with the spindle, at least one dial operationally joint with at least one clutch, a locking ball operationally joint with the spindle, wherein the combination code core shifts the disc code padlock between a locked position and an unlocked position, and controls the shackles to move between the locked position and an unlocked position.
