The invention discloses a forming die for a railway line cement identifier. The forming die comprises a front die plate (1), a rear die plate (2) and two side die plates (3), two ends of the front die plate (1) are in pin connection with the front ends of the two side die plates (3) through pins (4) respectively, limit holes (5) are arranged at the tops of rear half sections of the side die plates (3), and the rear die plate (2) is fixed between the two side die plates (3) through the pins (4) and the limit holes (5). By changing the mounting positions of the front die plate, the rear die plate and the side die plates with different sizes, line identifiers with different specifications can be poured. As the die is movable, the die can be rapidly stripped, the process from pouring to stripping only needs about 6 minutes, and the efficiency of pouring the line identifiers is greatly improved.
