The invention belongs to the technical field of ecological engineering and relates to an algae bloom control method based on a biologic chain relationship. The algae bloom control method disclosed by the invention is established by adopting food and inhibition relationships among organisms, so that the algae bloom outbreak in wetland water is inhibited. By adopting net-isolating floating island, composite layer net supporting floating island, wetland artificial planting technologies and aquatic animal stocking technologies, appropriate wetland organisms (including wetland plants and wetland animals) are selected according to the wetland hydrologic process and the seasonal variation characteristics, the algae bloom control method based on the biologic chain relationship disclosed by the invention is established and a complete wetland biologic chain structure is formed, so that the goal of controlling the algae bloom outbreak in the wetland water is achieved.
