The invention discloses a method for grooving on cutting and fitting (suturing) type medical surgical instruments to contain wires and externally arranging wire bodies. The implement scheme of the method includes: grooving on a lateral wall of a nail storing cabin of a cutting and fitting type instrument and on an accessory matched structure, and performing equivalent grooving and/or making a groove to contain the wires on an extending line casing. The method aims at: enabling the wire bodies to be installed in the nail storing cabin synchronous with the connected suturing nails, arranging the wire bodies outside on the grooving portion, being capable of accurately and fast counting and checking the suture nails, and being capable of preventing the suturing nails from being neglected for loading during production, and preventing the suturing nails from falling or missing during usage. The externally arranged wire bodies can be packaged in the casing or embedded in a wire containing groove of the casing, and the far ends of the wire bodies can be put aside or be connected with an accessory device of the casing in one-by-one or sectional or annular mode, so that checking, traction, electrocoagulation, hemostatic suturing, leakage proof, reinforced assisting suturing, other tissue covering or embedding or electrocoagulation nail taking-out and automatic suturing nail falling assisting and the like can be performed on the fitting portion conveniently during operations or after operations.
