The invention provides a recording method of encrypted media streams and swapping control equipment. When the media streams which undergo encryption processing and are transmitted between a first terminal and a second terminal carrying out voice communication need to be recorded, a meeting is created through the swapping control equipment, and the first terminal, the second terminal and a recording server are connected with the created meeting so that the swapping control equipment can send the media streams of the first terminal and the media streams of the second terminals to the recording server, wherein the media streams are obtained after the encryption processing. Therefore, the fact that the recoding server can record third media streams of the first terminal and fourth streams of the second terminal is achieved.
