Operating device of the motor-drive of the contact closing device reset device in an electric protection apparatus and apparatus comprising same. The device has an imposing unit formed of a primary wheel (3), secondary wheel (6), annular disk sector (8) and a protuberance (9) to impose engaged position on a motorization device (M) at end of closing operation to reset a closing device. A compression spring includes a return unit to return the motorization device to disengaged position when the unit is deactivated. The return unit and the spring exert axial force on the secondary wheel secured to a drive shaft (2) to move the secondary wheel between positions in which the secondary wheel is driven/not driven by the motorization device.
