Flexible solar cell panels are adopted and use solar power generation for power supplying; a circuit board integrated control system sends a control instruction according to environmental information measured by a sensor; executing equipment executes the control instruction for environmental control; automatic control of a cold shed environment without an accessed power supply is achieved; the problems that medium and small plastic cold sheds do not have monitoring equipment or control equipment for the power supplying, the mounting is difficult, the environmental control is not in time, and the automation degree is low are solved; and environmental control modernization of the plastic cold shed is achieved with lower cost and zero energy consumption. The invention also provides a green environmental control method for the plastic cold shed. Control logic is selected flexibly according to variety and quantity of particularly mounted equipment, and environmental regulation and control optimization is achieved.
