The invention relates to a method for measuring a ferrum in ethanol gasoline. The method for measuring the ferrum in the ethanol gasoline comprises the following steps: diluting an inorganic iron solution with absolute ethyl alcohol and gasoline in sequence; preparing three to five water-ethanol-gasoline system iron standard solutions with concentrations of 0 to 20 milligrams per liter; spraying the iron standard solution with each concentration into an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer to measure the emission intensity respectively; drawing a standard work curve according to the relationship between the concentration in the solution and the emission intensity; spraying an ethanol gasoline sample to be measured into the spectrometer to measure the emission intensity respectively; and calculating the content of the iron element in the sample to be measured according to the drawn standard work curve. The method for measuring the ferrum in the ethanol gasoline has the advantages of being free from pretreatment of the sample, high in analyzing speed, and more accurate in result.
