The invention relates to a mine excavating loader which comprises a stand, a conveyer belt, a conveyer motor, an arm hydraulic motor, a stand driving motor, driving track wheels, a track wheel standby sleeve rubber wheel, a main arm, an auxiliary arm, rolling drums, a head protective bucket, a small arm and a drag head. The mine excavating loader is characterized in that both ends of the middle layer of the stand are provided with the rolling drums; the conveyer belt is wound on the rolling drums; the upper layer of the stand is provided with the main arm; the tail end of the main arm is connected to the stand by a universal joint, a traversing mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder is arranged below the middle section of the main arm, and the lower side of the front end of the main arm is connected with the small arm and the drag head; meanwhile, the main arm is internally provided with the auxiliary arm; the front end of the auxiliary arm is provided with a small platform; the inner side of the stand is provided with the conveyer motor, the arm hydraulic motor, an explosive-proof distribution box and the stand driving motor, and the bottom end of the stand is provided with the driving track wheels; the driving rack wheels travel on a track. The mine excavating loader disclosed by the invention combines the functions of an excavator and an adhesive tape conveyer; and compared with the prior art, the mine excavating loader disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of fast extension speed and reduction of labor intensity.
