The invention discloses a transportation method and a system of an electric transmission line state inspection signal, wherein the method is characterized in that a processing device on a tension tower receives the to-be-inspected state inspection signal of the tower and the wire through a wireless transportation way, the processing device converts the received state inspection signal into an optical signal, and the processing device transports the converted optical signal to a far-end primary station system through a fiber channel of an optical fiber composite phase conductor. The transportation method and the system of the electric transmission line state inspection signal solve the problem that the transportation is limited due to the wireless network transportation of the electric transmission line state inspection signal, improve the security of the signal transportation, and are capable of reducing the cost of long distance transportation of the state inspection signal through the fiber channel of the optical fiber composite phase conductor.
