The invention relates to a testing device for coal-rock temperature affection on coal-rock electric charges, in particular to a coal-rock electric charges scientific research device. The testing device provides a theoretical basis for acquiring a practical mechanism of generating coal-rock electric charges and for prediction and forecasting of mine dynamic disasters by the coal-rock electric charges. The testing device comprises a shielding case. A shielding case lid is arranged on top of the shielding case. A heater is arranged in the shielding case. The heater is connected with a temperature controller through a through hole. A second through hole and a third through hole are arranged on the wall of the shielding case. An electric-charge probe is arranged in the second through hole. The electric-charge probe is connected with an input end of an electric-charge sensor. An output end of the electric-charge sensor is connected with an input end of the A/D (analog/digital) convertor. An output end of the A/D convertor is connected with a data collector. A temperature probe is arranged in the third through hole, and is connected with an input end of an infrared thermometer. An output end of the infrared thermometer is connected with the data collector.
