The invention provides a modified solvent free epoxy wear-resisting coating for glass fiber reinforced plastic and a preparation method thereof. The modified solvent free epoxy wear-resisting coating for glass fiber reinforced plastic consists of components A and B. The component A based 100% comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 40-55% of epoxy resin, 5-10% of epoxy flexibilizer, 0.5% of organic argil, 0.3% of silane coupling agent, 0.05% of leveling agent F40 and 40-50% of modified silicon micropowder. The component B based 100% comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 80-90% of modified polyamide curing agent and 10-20% of curing accelerant. The product provided by the invention is high in hardness, excellent in shear resistance, impact resistance, scratching resistance, frictional resistance and high in mechanical performance.
