一种系统调用功耗的测试方法与测试装置，所述系统调用功耗的测试方法包括：基于系统在运行过程中执行的程序，确定所述系统在运行过程中出现系统运行噪声时，控制测试激励停止获取所述系统的功耗参数直至所述系统运行噪声结束，再控制所述测试激励继续获取所述系统的功耗参数。本发明的技术方案能够降低系统调用功耗测试时的误差。

The invention discloses a test method and a test device of system call power consumption. The test method of the system call power consumption comprises that based on executive procedures in the operational process of a system, when system operational noise occurs in the operational process of the system, test vector is controlled to stop to acquire consumption parameters of the system until the operational noise of the system is stopped, and the test vector is controlled again to continue to acquire the consumption parameters of the system. According to the test method and the test device of the system call power consumption, errors caused when a system call power consumption test is carried out can be reduced.
