摘要（英）：
The safe and efficient tyre features that liquid, solid, air or their composite is used as stuffing for the tyre. The tyre has rectangular cross section and flat contact area to ground and has no accident of burst, even in case of being cut by foreign matter. The steel ring cover over one half of the inner cavity of the tyre and has a height from ground of 0.5-5 cm. The tyre has inner container of plastic film with even higher sealing performance and lower cost than rubber and outer cover of plastic and/or rubber. In addition, there is tensile band between the inner container and the outer cover.
