Disclosed is an air non-return pressure-relief device, comprising a non-return system, a pressure-relief system and a changeover system which are communicated in sequence, wherein the non-return system comprises a connecting pipe and an air one-way valve communicated with one end of the connecting pipe; the pressure-relief system comprises an energy-gathering pressure-relief chamber communicated with the other end of the air one-way valve; and the energy-gathering pressure-relief chamber is connected to the changeover system via a transverse arm of a Tee-shaped three-way pipe, and a vertical arm of the Tee-shaped three-way pipe is connected to an air pressure sensor. By using the air non-return system, the pressure-relief system and the changeover system, the present invention not only guarantees the controllability and security of air, but also guarantees the air tightness of the device; and meanwhile, avoids the pollution of air and medicine liquor due to the light ray irradiation and the back flow of air.
