本发明提供一种风力发电机组装体移动装置及利用其装卸风力发电机组装体的方法，包括：轨道，其安装于风力发电机安装专用船的船上，一端位于起重机的作业半径内侧，另一端位于起重机的作业半径外侧；移动平台，其安装得能沿所述轨道移动，用于供风力发电机组装体装载；驱动装置，其用于使所述移动平台能够移动；扎固装置，其用于使所述移动平台上装载的风力发电机组装体固定于所述移动平台上。

The present invention relates to a wind turbine assembly moving device and a method for loading/unloading a wind turbine assembly using same, comprises: a rail installed aboard a wind turbine installation ship and having one side located inside an operating radius of a crane and the other side located outside the operating radius of the crane; a moving deck installed in such a manner that enables movement along the rail and equipped in such a manner that the wind turbine assembly can be loaded; a driving means equipped to move the moving deck; and a securing means equipped to fix the wind turbine assembly onto the moving deck.
