The invention discloses a perfobond strip (PBL) stiffened thin-wall steel box-concrete structure, which comprises an outer layer steel box, an inner layer steel box, a plurality of stiffening rib plate sets I, a plurality of stiffening rib plate sets II and a concrete structure, wherein the inner layer steel box is sheathed in the outer layer steel box; the stiffening rib plate sets I are respectively arranged on inner side walls of the outer layer steel box; the stiffening rib plate sets II are respectively arranged on outer side walls of the inner layer steel box; the concrete structure is poured to be formed by concrete filled between the outer layer steel box and the inner layer steel box; the outer layer steel box and the inner layer steel box are equal in longitudinal length; the outer layer steel box, the inner layer steel box, the stiffening rib plate sets I, the stiffening rib plate sets II and the concrete structure form an integral steel box-concrete cylindrical structural member or a steel box-concrete cylindrical segment; and a plurality of steel box-concrete cylindrical segments are assembled from top to bottom to form a combined steel box-concrete cylindrical structural member. The PBL stiffened thin-wall steel box-concrete structure disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient in construction, lower in construction cost, good in mechanical property and good in using effect and can be used for effectively solving various problems of a traditional bridge-tower foundation structure.
