A flexible, pressure-openable dispensing valve (32, 32B) has a skirt (80, 80B) mounted on the support column (54, 54B) and has an outwardly extending, narrowing head (90, 90B) defining a dispensing orifice at the distal end. A clamp member (34, 34B) fits around the valve skirt (80, 80B) and is engaged with the body (30, 3OA, 30B) to hold the body (30, 30A, 30B), valve (32, 32B), and clamp member (34, 34B) together.
