The invention discloses a production method of high-density molybdenum crucible. The production method of the high-density molybdenum crucible comprises the steps of (1) preparing a molybdenum circular plate and removing an oxide layer on the surface of the molybdenum circular plate; (2) performing a spinning machining process on the molybdenum circular plate with the oxide layer removed on the surface in step (1) to obtain a semi-finished product of the molybdenum crucible; (3) performing sand blasting treatment on the surface of the semi-finished product of the molybdenum crucible obtained from step (2) to remove an oxide skin; (4) performing USC (Ultra Sonic Cleaning) on the semi-finished product of the molybdenum crucible after the sand blasting treatment to remove solid and dust particles on the surface; (5) sequentially performing alkaline cleaning and pickling on the semi-finished product of the molybdenum crucible after the USC to remove oil contamination and metallic elements on the surface and (6) cleaning and drying the semi-finished product of the molybdenum crucible after the pickling process to obtain the high-density molybdenum crucible. According to a spinning method to prepare the molybdenum crucible, the obtained high-density molybdenum crucible has the advantages of being high in density which can reach 10.1 g/cm<3> and high in high-temperature strength, having neither soldering seam nor structural weak-part due to integrated-forming and being long in service life.
