The invention relates to the filed of rural power grid informationization, specifically to a construction method of a district power supply mode of a heterogeneous system. The construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) screening indexes of the heterogeneous system; (2) quantifying the indexes by utilizing a heterogeneous data extraction point location method and screening the indexes by utilizing a district power supply mode constant current method; and (3) determining an optimal power supply mode engineering model by combining the index quantification and the district power supply mode location determination.
