The invention discloses a method for recycling air heat of a laundry room of a hotel, and belongs to the field of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection. The method includes condensing and recycling hot air; and storing the heat and heating liquid and air by the heat. The method mainly realizes effects of utilizing the waste heat of the laundry room, discharging the high-temperature heat and improving the air quality of the laundry room. Two types pipelines, two types of heat-transfer media and a heat-insulation container form a heat recycler. The method is characterized in that fluids inside the two types of pipelines are isolated from one another, the heat recycling pipelines are prolonged, and the hot air is condensed and the heat of the hot air is recycled at tail ends of the heat recycling pipelines; and the heat is utilized for synchronously heating the air and the liquid, and the heat-transfer media and heat-storage media are metal wires.
