The invention relates to an expressway clearer vehicle which comprises overpass-type moving supports and a special vehicle. The special vehicle available in bidirectional running is 3.5m in minimum ground clearance. Each overpass-type moving support comprises a telescopic moving support upper ascending segment, a telescopic moving support descending segment and a high-strength steel plate fixed at the top of the special vehicle. Each overpass-type moving support is made of the high-strength steel. An accessory comprises a moving support and fixed middle support linking hook, a rolling bearing part, an electric hydraulic jack, lockable rollers, and a locking device located at the center of the ground side of the moving support. The special vehicle comprises a power supply part, an elevated-chassis running part, and hydraulic support legs. The power supply part comprises a cab, an engine and auxiliary facilities thereof. The expressway clearer vehicle is reasonable in structural design and serves as a traffic tool used to clearing expressway jam in short time.
