The invention provides a production method of a square ceramic product. The production method is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: step one, manufacturing a mold, wherein the mold comprises an outer mold and an inner mold fixed in the outer mold; the cross section of the outer wall of the inner mold is square; the cross section of the inner wall of the outer mold is composed of four arcs; and the four arcs are respectively positioned at the outer sides of four edges of the square; and step two, casting ceramic slurry into the mold and sintering into the square ceramic product. Compared with the prior art, the production method has the advantages that the square ceramic product manufactured by the production method is low in deformation rate and high in pass percent.
