The invention discloses a whole bone removing and cooking method of an edible animal head. The whole bone removing and cooking method specifically comprises the following steps of: applying low-voltage electrodes to two ends of a bone of a head face; immersing the electrodes by liquid and not covering meat; heating by steam and separating the bone and the meat; removing the bone and enabling the meat to be tasty; adopting upper and lower jaws as the electrodes; mixing the meat and the bone; heating and cooking; directly overflowing nutrition components of the bone at a high temperature and overflowing inner and outer components of the bone at the high temperature; and separating the bone and the meat.
