The invention discloses an array substrate, as well as a manufacture method and a display device thereof. The array substrate is used for dispersing direct current residues on the surfaces of liquid crystal molecules, so that the phenomenon of residual images caused by direct current residues can be eliminated. The array substrate provided by the invention comprises a substrate, pixel electrodes on the substrate, a common electrode which is arranged above the pixel electrode and insulated from the pixel electrodes, an alignment layer on the public electrode, and at least one shunt electrode which is electrically connected with at least one pixel electrode and used for dispersing residual charge on the surfaces of liquid crystal molecules, wherein the shunt electrode is positioned at one side, not contacting liquid crystal molecules, of the alignment layer.
