摘要：
本发明揭示一种金属表面无芳烃防腐技术，通过将硅氧烷、溶剂、二氧化硅颗粒、稀土化合物、去离子水、催化剂以及碳纤维和聚酰亚胺等组分混合后进行熟化处理，再将熟化后的混合物进行过滤，然后喷涂、刷涂或浸渍在基材表面，沉积后在基材表面形成涂层，实现表面防腐处理。

The invention discloses a metal surface aromatic hydrocarbon-free corrosion prevention technology. The technology comprises the following steps of: mixing siloxane, a solvent, silica particles, a rare earth compound, deionized water, a catalyst, a carbon fiber, polyimide and other components, performing curing treatment, filtering the cured mixture, spraying or brush coating or impregnating the mixture on the surface of a base material, and finally forming a coating on the surface of the base material after deposition, thus realizing the surface corrosion prevention treatment.
