The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-corrosion high-strength power transmission tower steel plate and belongs to the power transmission and transformation tower material. The method comprises the steps of: firstly, brushing the surface of the steel plate with a phosphating solution; and then brushing the surface after being dried with an epoxy resin nano-composite coating, wherein the nano-material added in the epoxy resin nano-composite coating is nano-silicon dioxide. The method is characterized in that the nano-silicon dioxide and a silane coupling agent are added to the epoxy coating so that the corrosion resistance and the strength of the surface can be obviously improved on the basis of the traditional surface coating, the corrosion resistance of the tower in wild and severe environments is improved, the service life of the tower is prolonged and the power transmission and transformation cost is reduced.
