The invention discloses a burst data downloading communication method for spacecraft multilevel subnets and belongs to the technical field of communication. A remote terminal A remote control package is produced by a ground station, packaged in a remote control frame and transmitted to a primary subnet main control terminal. All-level subnet main control terminals judge whether the remote control frame belongs to the level subnet. If the remote control frame belongs to the level subnet, a corresponding remote terminal is informed to prepare data so as to carry out other operations, and otherwise the remote control frame is transferred to a sub-level subnet main control terminals until the remote terminal A is informed to prepare data. After the data is well prepared by the remote terminal A, request is put forward. Once all-level subnet main control terminals search for the request of the remote terminal A, data is obtained, and then requests are put forward to the super-level subnet main control terminals until the data reach the primary subnet main control terminal. The primary subnet main control terminal forms the received data to burst data downloading frames, corresponding data channels are scheduled to finish downloading. After the downloading is fished, transmission of regular data downloading is recovered. The burst data downloading communication method is capable of improving flexibility of the burst data downloading of spacecraft mounted network transmission.
