The invention relates to the technical field of power grid management, in particular to an electricity quality monitoring and managing method based on genetic projection pursuit evaluation. The electricity quality monitoring and managing method based on genetic projection pursuit evaluation is characterized by including the following steps: (1) a projection index is established; (2) a projection objective function is established; (3) genetic calculation optimization is performed on the projection objective function; (4) a scatter diagram is formed and end point values are determined. Feature vectors corresponding to maximum feature values of matrixes are judged through comparison. The genetic projection pursuit calculation method overcomes affection of artificial subjective factors in a conventional method, objectively reflects internal relations between evaluation indexes and is capable of evaluating voltage of different stages from different levels. The eigenvalue weighting method of the electricity quality monitoring and managing method based on genetic projection pursuit evaluation establishes comparison judgment matrixes through evaluation results obtained by the genetic projection pursuit calculation method and automatically judges relative importance of evaluated subjects. Thus, a determined weight function is more objective.
