The invention discloses a method for extracting a natural anti-oxidizing substance from a miracle fruit, comprising the following steps of: taking crushed miracle fruit pulp as a raw material and taking chromatograph-grade ethanol as a solvent; utilizing an ultrasonic water bath to immerse and extract to obtain an ethanol extraction solution; centrifugally separating the ethanol extraction solution to obtain liquid supernatant; repeatedly the steps of immersing and extracting, and centrifugally separating for at least one time and combining the liquid supernatants; adsorbing the combined liquid supernatant by using a non-polar silica gel substrate adsorbent and separating; utilizing an ethanol water solution to carry out elution and collecting an elution solution; distilling the elution solution to obtain a natural anti-oxidizing substance solution; and drying the natural anti-oxidizing substance solution in vacuum to obtain the solid natural anti-oxidizing substance. The extraction method has a simple step; and the extracted natural anti-oxidizing substance has a very strong anti-oxidizing biological activity function and has a wide application prospect.
