The method comprises the procedures of seedbed selection, seedling stage management, pond digging and processing, transplanting and field management, and particularly comprises the steps of selecting leeward sun-facing loose and fertile crop growth lands with flat terrain, deep soil layer and favorable structure, which are close to water sources and far away from vegetable farms and villages, as seedbeds, ensuring the growth consistency of tobacco seedlings of the whole seedbed by adopting the methods of promoting plantlets and controlling seedlings, digging tobacco ponds before transplanting, mixing the pond with medicine for preventing and curing tobacco powdery mildew to complete transplanting of tobacco seedlings, watering, filling the gaps with seedlings and examining the seedlings after transplanting, and applying a few of Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium mixed fertilizer or readily water-soluble nitrogen fertilizer to shorten the seedling stage and promote early sprout and growth of transplanted seedlings. According to the invention, 20 percent of triazolone wettable powder is adopted to mix the pond during transplanting for tobacco production, so that a good effect can be taken to prevent and cure tobacco powdery mildew, the cost is low and the control effect is very remarkable. The method is simple, low in cost and remarkable in control effect, and adapts to the requirements of modern tobacco agricultural development.
