The invention discloses a pesticide preparation for preventing and treating tobacco aphid, which is characterized in that powder with granularity of not more than 20mum is prepared by mixing materials with the following mass percentage together and smashing the materials: 12.3% of K2CO3, 2.3% of K3PO4, 0.9% of K2B4O7, 1.1% of K2MoO4, 9.0% of CaCO3, 0.2% of Mn3(PO3)2, 1.1% of Fe2(SO4)3, 0.7% of CuSO4, 0.5% of Zn3(PO4)2, and the balance of white carbon black. According to the invention, the application method and amount of the pesticide preparation are designed by test of several years aiming at the physiological characters and habits of aphid, and proved by continuous indoor and field multi-point test of several years, the effect of preventing and treating tobacco aphid reaches more than 86%, the attack rate of tobacco virus disease is below 10%, and the attack rate of blackblight is extremely low.
