Disclosed is a deep hole drilling processing method of a high temperature alloy material casing. The method includes clamping a high temperature alloy material casing workpiece onto a jig borer; using a center drill to drill a positioning hole on the workpiece; using a standard drill to drill a guide hole according to the position of the positioning hole so as to guarantee the moving direction of the drill during deep hole drilling; using a long stem drill to perform deep hole drilling processing; and cleaning residual iron scraps, wherein the specific steps of using the long stem drill to perform deep hole drilling processing includes adjusting rotation speeds of a main shaft, wherein the smaller the diameter of the deep hole to be processed is, the higher the rotation speeds of the main shaft are required to be; setting each feeding speed in the drilling process; starting performing drilling processing to the deep hole according to the set feeding speed, lifting the drill and applying a lubricating agent to the front end of the drill after each time of drilling; and finishing drilling when the depth of the processed deep hole meets requirements of deep hole technologies. By means of a manual feeding mode, the phenomenon that the drill is fractured due to uneven materials and textures is avoided; and by means of solid molybdenum disulfide serving as the lubricating agent, generation of built-up edges is prevented, service life of the drill is prolonged, and processing efficiencies are improved.
