The invention relates to an intelligent all-insulated AC screen which is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, an insulating board, a control unit, an electrical element, an exposed charged body, electrical meters and a controller, wherein the insulating board is arranged in the cabinet body and is used for sealing the electrical element and the exposed charged body in the cabinet body; the electrical meters and the controller are embedded into the insulating board; and the control unit is used for uploading the information in the cabinet body to a substation background system through a communication bus. The intelligent all-insulated AC screen has the advantages that a human-computer interface function is provided, on-site monitoring of the operating condition is realized, and the electrical quantity information of an AC power supply and the information of switching value can be all uploaded to the background system.
