The invention discloses a parametric bus transfer method in consideration of a short-distance walking station pair. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, setting functional weight parameters for calculating bus transfer; 2, constructing a weighted directed transfer network T of city buses; 3, constructing a weighted directed walking network W of the city buses; and 4, applying the weighted directed transfer network T and the weighted directed walking network W, traversing each station, applying an improved breadth-first search algorithm, and calculating a transfer scheme for starting from the traversed station to other stations according to a cost function which is defined by the set functional weight parameters P1(x1), P2(x2) and P3(x3) and the number TN of transfer schemes which are finally reserved. The parametric bus transfer method has the advantages that in consideration of a relation between bus lines and long-time walking reachability among bus stations in a bus system, the weighted directed transfer network T and the weighted directed walking network W are generated by using a network model method according to a concept; and the method is high in response speed and high in real-time performance.
