Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a dedusting and radiating device of guilloche dryer of a fertilizer drying oven. A complete organic fertilizer drying system is designed, and comprises a fire-resistant drying oven, an improved guilloche device, a cylinder dryer, the partition wall type dedusting and radiating device and an exhaust and moisture drainage chimney, wherein the cylinder dryer is provided with a spiral feeder which is automatically switched during running. The dedusting and radiating device of the guilloche dryer of the fertilizer drying oven is structurally characterized in that the fire-resistant drying oven and the cylinder dryer are connected via the improved guilloche device, and a cylinder of the cylinder dryer extends into the partition wall type dedusting and radiating device which is connected with the exhaust and moisture drainage chimney. The purpose for regulating temperature and improving thermal efficiency for drying the fertilizer is achieved, and the difficulty for strictly assuring moisture content during production of the organic fertilizer is overcome. Compared with conventional organic fertilizer drying equipment, the fertilizer drying oven enables particles of the organic fertilizer dry and hard and soluble while meeting with water, ensures organic fertilizer application effect of microorganism and can meet usage requirements better, and is more convenient and flexible to operate and regulate.
